If you're not happy with your first Orbit Pro purchase, request a refund within 14 days of the payment and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked.

How to request

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by emailing support@calnoteapp.com.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel anytime so the next renewal isn't charged; access continues until the end of the paid period. Renewal charges are generally not refunded, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll make it right.
