Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Orbit (the website at apporbit.co and the Orbit iOS app), provided by Ogan Kurtulus, Tütüncü Mehmet Efendi, Kadıköy / Istanbul, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By using Orbit you agree to them.

What Orbit is

Orbit creates astrological birth charts, compatibility readings and AI-written interpretations from the birth details you enter. Astrology is offered for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are not predictions and are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Purchases and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Orbit Pro is a subscription (weekly or yearly). It renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email or from "Manage subscription" in your reading; access continues until the end of the paid period. Founding member prices stay the same for as long as the subscription remains active.

A web purchase includes your full reading immediately and Orbit Pro in the iOS app once it is available, on the same account email.

Refunds

Your content

You are responsible for the information you enter, including another person's birthday. Only add someone's details if you have a reasonable basis to do so; when you send a birthday link, the other person enters their own details.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, automated requests, attempts to bypass payments, or use to harass anyone.

AI content

Some readings are generated by AI from your chart data. They may be imperfect or inaccurate; use your own judgment.

Liability

Orbit is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
